Special Place

This week we had to do more online work so my class and I have been working on a whole bunch of activities about different things. One of the tasks we had to complete was writing about a special place that is special to you. Here is my special place, - I decided to do it back in time so when my brothers birthday was. Enjoy and stay safe !

    The cake looks great, I hope that it tasted as good as it looks?
    I just love kids birthday parties, they are such happy places to be.

      The cake was quite good and homemade.
      I love kids birthday parties as well especially when they have lots of party snacks to snack on in the day. :-)

    This is another great piece of writing from you. You really know how to use words to create a response in your reader. I could almost smell that hot buttered toast myself. I liked your choice of "sharp looking clothes" to describe Finley's outfit. It sounds like your family know how to celebrate in style.

    Kia ora Bailee, what a beautifully descriptive piece of writing. I could imagine the scene and appreciate your home is a special place and even more so on birthdays. Your description of breakfast made me hungry! The photos added interest and I love icing with M and Ms-we are never too old for that treat!
