Timetables

Timetables

This week we have been working on timetables  with Miss Power, she taught us how to use a bus timetable.

I have a good idea in my head of how to do it.

My trip to Auckland.

    My trip to Auckland.

In 2016, my Mum, brother, Stepdad and I went to Auckland,

we went on a huge plane and we got lots of food on the way.

It took 1 hour and 20 minutes from Christchurch to Auckland, I got a little bored on the way so I decided to listen to some music.

When we were landing, we got told to stay seated until we were allowed to leave, once we were 

allowed off we went to a shop called Dunk-in donuts and grabbed something to eat.

After we ate something we hired a car and went to our accommodation.

By the time we got to our accommodation it was dinner time so we unpacked and got Burger King.

We are now at our accommodation and we are getting ready for bed,
My brother and I were watching TV while my mum and Stepdad were spending some time together.

The next day we went out for lunch at a fancy restaurant, after a while we went for a walk around town.
My mum and my stepdad decided to take us to the sky tower for something to do, we went right at the top and we saw people bungy jumping right to the bottom where there was a huge cushion waiting for the person to come flying into it.

It's now time for us to go home, we had such a great holiday and I'd love to go back, we packed all our stuff into our suit cases and we are now getting onto the plane and about to take off.

This week my class made Anzac biscuits, we were in the tech centre and we got called up in groups of four.    

We are also doing lots of activities based around Anzac.

At the moment we are reading some journals and writing some facts down.
