My class walked this track and ended up at Lochmara Lodge. For this task we had to find facts on the place we chose. As you can see I chose Queen Charlotte Track. There is some photos and some facts, also a few a little review by me. Have you ever been to the Queen Charlotte Track? Enjoy!

Google My Map
GreyMouth-Mistletoe Bay.
For this task we had to google map where our school is and to Mistletoe Bay, see how long it takes to get there and where we stopped. It takes 5 hours and 8 minutes to get from Greymouth to Mistletoe Bay. I travelled in the school van with: Hunter,Mitchell,Rowan,Declan,Thomas,Saamiya,Neisha,Hannah and myself. I really enjoyed camp and would love to go again. - Enjoy!
seahorse inquiry.
Around about two weeks ago my class and I went on a camp to Mistletoe bay, once we got back we had to do different activities. One of the activities we had to complete was re search about one of the creatures we saw on camp. I decided to do mine on a seahorse because we saw seahorses in the touch tank. What's a touch tank? A touch tank is a tank full of different creatures like crabs, starfish and sea cucumbers. I picked up starfish but I didn't like the feel of sea cucumbers so I ignored them. We weren't allowed to touch the seahorse because they get stressed very easily and if they get stressed they cant breed, which means they can't make more seahorse.
Here is my seahorse inquiry. (facts about the seahorse) Have you ever seen a seahorse close up? Enjoy!
Mistletoe Bay Camp 2020-review
About two weeks ago, My class and I went to Mistletoe bay up in the Marlborough Sounds for a class camp. Mistletoe bay is a beautiful place to go with friends. When we got back to school on the Friday we had to work on a bunch of activities all about our class camp. One of the activities we had to complete was a 'camp review' . What we had to do was describe our favourite part of camp and add some photos to the slide. Here is my camp review. There is a few photos on the slide to have a look at.
Have you ever been to the Marlborough Sounds? If not you need to visit it one day, its awesome!

King Tide
Hi! Last week my Class and I went on a one week camp to Mistletoe Bay. While we were there we went swimming and kayaking and we also did a lot of other activities around water. One of the activities we had to complete when we got back to school was research any type of tide. I decided to research the 'King Tide' Your probably wondering what is a king tide? Well, a King tide is just a high tide, but it is the highest tide ever so they call it the King tide so you know it is the most dangerous and highest tide in the world. Do you know anything about tides? Enjoy my blog post! Bye!
